Committee for Sustainable Development

On November 7, 2025, the Company established the “Committee for Sustainable Development,” primarily to strengthen the corporate governance framework, promote environmental conservation, and fulfill social responsibilities, thereby enabling the Board of Directors to safeguard the interests of the Company, employees, shareholders, and stakeholders.

Role and Responsibility of the Committee for Sustainable Development

Formulate the Company’s sustainable development directions and objectives, and establish relevant management policies and concrete implementation plans.
Review, monitor, and revise the Company’s sustainable development practices and performance.
Oversee matters related to sustainability information disclosure and deliberate on the sustainability report.
Supervise the execution of the Company’s Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles and other sustainability-related tasks as resolved by the Board of Directors.
