Internal Audit Unit
The Company’s internal audit unit reports directly to the Board of Directors and is staffed by one Chief Internal Auditor, who may not concurrently hold any position that may conflict with or compromise audit responsibilities.
With independence and objectivity, the unit oversees all audit activities and reports at least once every quarter to the Board of Directors and the independent directors, and is responsible for carrying out internal audit work.
